7S Refrigerator Onboarding Experience


I contributed to the redesign of a refrigerator onboarding experience focused on making unboxing, installation, registration, and first use easier for customers. The project addressed common pain points such as difficult shrink wrap removal, scattered instructions, unclear part locations, and a lack of guidance after delivery.

Working cross-functionally with the Industrial Design team, I helped connect packaging structure, graphic hierarchy, instructional design, and digital onboarding into a cohesive customer journey.

My work focused on the visual and instructional communication system across physical packaging and onboarding materials. I designed the exterior refrigerator shrink wrap graphics, interior installation box, installation guide, water and air filter box concepts, and supporting visuals used throughout the experience. These touchpoints helped guide customers and installers through each step while creating a more premium and memorable first impression.
